- Durable Power of Attorney – Provides certain authorities to your nominee to manage and make financial decisions on your behalf.
- Designation of Health Care Surrogates – Provides certain authorities to your nominee to manage and make health care decisions on your behalf in the event of your incapacity.
- Living Will – Expressly outlines your end-of-life wishes and nominates someone to carry them out on your behalf in the event of your incapacity.
- HIPPA Authorization – Provides authorization to release medical information and records to those you nominate to be responsible for your care and assets.

Last Will and Testament or Living Trust
- Will – Coordinates distribution of your assets after your death, names guardians for your minor children, and appoints a personal representative to administer your probate estate.
- Living Trust (coupled with “Pour Over Will”) – Owns assets during your life, coordinates distribution of your assets after your death, allows for probate avoidance and ensures a more private administration of your estate, and appoints a trustee to administer your trust estate. Trust planning includes a Pour Over Will, which coordinates distribution of any individually titled assets (assets not funded into your trust) after your death, names guardians for your minor children, and appoints a personal representative to administer your probate estate (if any).

Generally, clients fall within the following fee ranges for estate planning.

Individual Trust Planning	$2,500 - $3,500
Married Trust Planning	$3,500 – $6,000

All probate administrations, trust administrations, and guardianships are billed on an hourly basis from an advanced fee replenished monthly. Typically, administration fees fall within the following ranges:
